  2. Why do we need yoga?
  3. How and when to start yoga?
  4. Best time for yoga
  5. Best place for yoga
  6. How long should we do yoga?
  7. Food habit during yoga practice
  8. How to detox body?
  9. Food habit for a healthy body during yoga

Session 2:

  1. Yoga steps: Asans
  2. Yoga steps: Stretching
  3. Yoga steps: Sun Salutation
  4. Yoga steps: Pranayama (Breathing yoga)

Session 3:

Based on questions on e-mail.

Training Outcome:

We are hoping, the participants will get to know and able to understand the followings; Participants will

  • Develop a clear understanding on yoga’s impact in life.
  • Get to know about self-reflection,
  • Understand of the practice of kindness
  • Learn self-compassion and self-awareness
  • Uplift inner confidence.
  • Get a healthier body, mind and spirit.
