TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITIES (TOR)

ROLE AND DUTIES:
While the following list is comprehensive, exact duties may be allocated differently with approval of the President and Executive Committee of Asian Network of Youth Volunteers Society.

Depending on respective country situations and program, Country Director will;

Provide overall strategic leadership for the initiative to fulfill the objectives of the society (stated in the official website of Asian Network of Youth Volunteers Society).
Represent the ANYVS in all areas pertaining to the country program, including dialogue with youth organization, academic and research organization, government, coordination with other institutions and sponsors, and communication with outside parties.
Undertake dialogue and build strong relationships with government and other policy stakeholders – e.g., the private sector, civil society, research institutions and locally-based academics – to identify the priority policy issues which inform the commissioning of ANYVS research and the development of ANYVS engagement strategy within the given country.
After consultations and prior approval of Executive Committee or President of ANYVS, design and draft the Country Strategy Note (CSN), thereby establishing the strategic foundation for ANYVS work in-country, with the Country Director holding responsibility for program delivery along with other officials of ANYVS of given country.
Design, develop, and organize different events, including seminar, workshop, conference, public talk, awareness programs, volunteer works and take necessary initiatives to fulfill the objective of ANYVS. Lead initiative on different issues alone with program director, campus ambassadors /coordinators, and Volunteers with the prior approval of President of ANYVS.
Respond to any emergency and natural disasters in the assigned country by reaching out to the ANYVS network in collaboration with other alike organization and individual.
Raise the fund and ensure the budgeted spend for country is achieved by the end of the fiscal year. Monitoring and reporting of progress of all activities of given country annual plan of activities and report to the President of ANYVS.
Participate in the selection of the Country policy’s, mentor and manage all ANYVS local staff. Formulate and supervise the work program of Country, including setting objectives and conducting annual performance reviews, where applicable drawing on the views and support.
Promote ANYV in country and abroad, manage social media and country chapter online and offline
Select Volunteers, Program Directors, Campus ambassadors, and Regional coordinators as well as solves all raises issue in consultation with President and Executive Committee of ANYVS

Build Networks among students, academia and other staff especially to those who believe in secularism, non-discrimination and Conduct awareness campaign or any other events at the campus.
Lead in promoting participation in the program in particular region and coordinate the program for participants in your region.
Use social Media as a platform to promote valuable projects and programs of ANYVS
Select Volunteer Member and communicate with Country Director for organizing event.
Come up with innovative and creative ideas to engage students into activities and programs that can contribute to fulfill the objective of ANYV.
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and undertake outreach volunteer works.

TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITIES (TOR)

Depending on respective country situations and program, Program Director (PD) will;

Plan, design, and implement the events to fulfill the objectives of the society (stated in the www.anyv.org) in consultation and prior approval with Country Director of given country.
Prepare yearly volunteer activities and raise fund (if necessary) to implement those activities. In absence of Country Director, represent the ANYV in all areas pertaining to the country program, including dialogue with Youth organization, academic & research organization, government, coordination with other institutions and donors, and communication with outside world prior approval of President of ANYV Executive Committee.
Organize different events, including seminar, workshop, conference, public talk, awareness programs, volunteer works and take necessary initiatives to fulfill the objective of ANYV in consultation with Country Director.
Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and ANYV policies and Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
Preparing the program brief, project initiation documents or equivalent and business case among other documents
Appraising options and submitting for approval as well as determining and managing risks to the program.
Acting as sole point of contact with the Country Director and coordinating and fostering teamwork
Establishing formal reporting arrangements on program or project progress.
Receiving and reviewing detailed reports on the program or project from the Country Director and ensuring the President of ANYV receives decisions on time.
Establishing a mechanism to ensure regular dialogue with contractors to promote problem solving, team working and risk sharing.

TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITIES (TOR)

Depending on respective country situations and program, Volunteer Member (VM) will;

Involve in activities and initiatives from ANYVS.
Plan and organize appropriate volunteer and community programs.
Establish new volunteer service and assist to raise fund for the society.
Promote ANYVS online and offline and manage resources of the society.
Communicate any issues or concerns which are likely to affect your volunteer duties.
Do your duties as assigned and directed and accept guidance from Country Chapter and Executive committee of ANYVS.
Be willing to learn and participate in orientation, training programs, and meetings, maintain a smooth working relationship with Officials of ANYVS.
Keep the organization’s information confidential and comply with the policies and procedures of the organization.
