Intellectual Property Rights
- Submitted photos must be original, created and/or taken by the contestant.
- The Photographer will be credited wherever the image is used.
- error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, submitted Photo(s);
- All photos and related to the photos will be copyrighted product of ANYV Society and ANYV will hold it’s intellectual property rights.
