Rules & Regulations

In these rules & regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

  1. The Society means Asian Network For Youth Volunteers Society
  2. President means president of the society
  3. Secretary means secretary of the society
  4. Office means the registered office for the time being of the society
  5. Government means Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh
  6. Member means a member of the society whose name appears and/or is borne on the register of the members
  7. Month means English calendar month
  8. Seal means the common seal of the society
  9. G.M. means general meeting of the society
  10. Ordinary meeting and extra-ordinary meeting mean respectively an ordinary General meeting and extra-ordinary general meeting.
  11. Proxy means an attorney duly constituted or appointed under an instrument of proxy, power of attorney or other authority writings
