We are passing through a Critical time. Everyone has heard about the seriousness of Coronavirus Covid19. There is no confirmed medicine or vaccine invented yet, so there is only a way of awareness that can save us, our loved ones and others to reduce the pandemic created for Covid-19.

WHO says 

“Mass gatherings just can’t only amplify the disease but can disseminate the disease very far away from the centre. So they can be very dangerous in terms of epidemic management.”

In this situation, each of us should be most careful to our family and ourselves.

  1. Keep yourself in self quarantine at home, do not go out unless there is a very urgent need.

  2. If you need to go out for an emergency reason immediately after coming back home must disinfect yourself including your clothings.

  3. It starts with your hands. Do wash your hands frequently with soap and water or an alcohol-based sanitizer solution.

  4. Cover your nose and mouth with a bent elbow or tissue when you sneeze or cough. Dispose of tissue immediately in a closed bin and wash your hands.

  5. Avoid touching your face particularly your eyes, nose and mouth to prevent the virus from entering your body.

  6. In terms of social interaction, take a step back. Stay at least one metre distance from others.

  7. If you feel unwell, stay home. Please follow all instructions provided by your local health authorities.

  8. Take care of the elderly of the family. Keep them out of the roads. Make sure the location is  at home

Above all, try to protect yourself from infection abiding by the rules of the World Health Organization.

Do some productive work while staying at home. 

1.Self-development by making yourself up-to-date with current information and time demanding learning to boost up your career. i.e. IoT, Digitization of a society etc.

2.Can plan some amazing business ideas in recent worlds by thinking out of box.

3.Those who have a good internet connection can enhance any one of your skills. Such as: Graphics Design, Web Design, Application Development, etc.

4.There are enough resources online to get started exercising at home. Practice those and boost up your immune system. Watch news related coronavirus once a day, not much. Take care of your mental health as well.

5.Write your thoughts about anything positive, how are you spending your quarantine days at home and share with us by mailing to “magazine.anyvs@gmail.com”. We will publish your idea in our next International Magazine “The Green Volunteers, 4th issue” published twice a year by ANYVS.
